Dundee Vintners is located in the heart of the city of Dundee in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Located in a winery that spans almost 48,000 square feet. Our winery has separate, temperature controlled barrel rooms, a fully service lab and utilizes a mobile state of the art bottling line. Clients have the option to process grapes in two facilities:

  • Our boutique option all the bells and whistles; hand sorting pre- and post-destemming on our 5-stage sorting line. Custom designed, high-end winemaking protocols to ensure the very best quality. A hand-controlled bladder press allowing the winemaker to make all press cuts. The fermentor size ranges from 1.5 to 8 tons.
  • Our premium facitiy option provides faster paced processing for large scale economic efficiencies. 
      • Fermenters ranging in size from 12.5-32 tons 
      • Gentle Pulsair cap management 
      • Micro oxidation 
      • Multiple press sizes and programs for further customization
