At Dundee Vintners, our roots are solid, but our approach is fresh. Founded in 2002, originally as a small family winery created to produce the highest quality, true expression of Oregon varietals, we have evolved into a company of dedicated team members, guided by progressive leadership and inventive craftspeople. We have become one of Oregon’s largest producers, combining our collective expertise and genuine passion for Oregon wine to assemble a portfolio of our own wines, as well as an extensive line of custom crafted wines created for our partners.

Whether you wish to provide the grapes or have us source, our custom crush clients receive a dedicated winemaker from start to finish. Dundee Vintner’s custom crush service supplies the space, equipment and trained staff to carry out a customer’s winemaking goals. Inside the winery, Dundee Vintners maintains 2 separate temperature controlled barrel rooms, a state of-the-art lab for wine analysis and a high quality bottling line. The winery utilizes equipment to prioritize detail and quality overspeed and quantity. Clients have the option to process grapes in two facilities. Our boutique option provides a crew of 6-10 hand sorts pre and post de-stemming and an option on a 5 stage sorting line. A hand controlled bladder press is fine-tuned to match your wine’s personality. The fermentor size ranges between 1-8 tons. Our second option provides faster paced processing for large scale economic efficiencies. These on-premise assets allow Dundee Vintners precise control over the winemaking process and enable our clients to create the highest quality of wine possible.
